Full Circle is an Independent Business and Management Consultancy, we are passionate about business development and improvement and using our unique approach of intelligence, support and coaching we will help you  improve your business.

I have over 20 years of leadership experience, in both private and public sector organisations and an MBA from the University of Salford.   For the past 5 years I have been self-employed, working with many brilliant organisations around business development, data management, process and system change. I’ve been really successful with positions as far afield as Saudi-Arabia.

I have a real passion for Business Intelligence and the use of data to inform and drive business decisions and  improvements, combined with a real love of developing teams and individuals to reach their potential. This has led me to develop and deliver my unique approach to support business improvements through our unique blend of business intelligence,  support and coaching.  We bridge the gap between the people and the processes for business improvements.
